Learn to Make Ravioli with a Michelin Starred Chef

During this interactive class, you will learn the art of building a perfect pasta. It's all about technique and by the end of the class, you will know how to make the most light, flavorful ravioli inspired by the regions of Tuscany and Rome. There is a ravioli for everyone. This class will focus on three a parmesan moouse, sun-dried tomato arugula (for vegetarians) and a crab asiago (for meat lovers).
